What is it when you see things out of the corner of your eye?

It’s in a shape of a dark shadow that you cannot describe.

It can be large.

It can be small.

In the corner or against a wall.

It moves quickly but sly.

Can only see a glimpse of it through the eye.

Is it my imagination?

I think not.

It’s a gift I have, that others can’t seem to spot.

When telling others about what I see…

No one takes it seriously.

These shadows are beings that are no longer from this world.

I call them shadow people.

I’ve been seeing them, since I was a young girl.

Why I see them…

I do not know.

It’s definitely something I can’t control.

Maybe it’s my guardian angel watching over me

Coming in shadow forms and not a human being.

Maybe it’s a loved one that has passed on.

And letting me know that they’re still here and not gone.

I may never know what it is that I see

But I know that the shadow people are always watching me.
