The Old School Journal™ NLA for Independent Film Making™

 The Old School Journal™ NLA for Independent Film Making™ recognizes the work of an outstanding independent film maker (i.e. producer or director).  Ideal candidates for this award include artistic visionaries who without regard for huge commercial success make films that speak to human interests.

  

Eligibility Requirements

  

In order to be considered for selection, a nominee for The Old School Journal™ NLA for Independent Film Making must:

  

  • Meet the General Eligibility Requirements of The Old School Journal™ NextLevel Awards™.
  • Have written, directed or produced a documentary, movie or short film not sold to or backed by a large production house within in the preceding twenty-four (24) months.
